RETURN POLICY
All of the items we sell are used secondhand and sold “as is”. All sales are final.
If your purchase is still in our warehouse and has not left for delivery or has not been picked up yet, you may cancel your order up to 14 days from your purchase date. However, once you have picked up your item or you have had someone else pick up your purchase on your behalf, there are no returns accepted.
If a return is granted and you purchased with your credit card, unfortunately as of 2023 the majority of credit card processors like the ones we use (Square and Stripe) no longer return the processing fees that they charge us. Therefore, the processing fees taken by the credit card processor during your purchase, which is approximately 2.9% will not be returned to you.
If you choose to store your purchased item in our warehouse, after 14 days you automatically forfeit your cancellation rights (ability to return it).
Requests for returns are reviewed on a case by case basis. For example, if a piece is inaccurately described or mislabelled (e.g., leather vs. vinyl, designer name vs. Ikea, original vs. reproduction, etc.) We stand by the quality of our products and we guarantee the authenticity of what we label and sell and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Delivery Fees are not refundable once your purchased item(s) is picked up from our location.
Purchases sent out for any kind of refinishing to one of our recommendations can not be returned once the item has left our location.
If you have made no standing agreement with us about having extended storage for the purchase of your item at our location, and your purchased item has not been picked up after 60 days, and we have made multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact you, we reserve the right to 1) keep 100% of the sale, and 2) take ownership back of the item you purchased and resell it.

Reservations
In order to reserve or hold an item, you must contact us and leave a 10% deposit.
Deposits are refundable should you change your mind for any reason at any time.
We hold the right to cancel your reservation at any time and return your deposit. If we cancel your reservation, it is likely because we have tried reaching you and we have not received a response from you within an appropriate amount of time.
Appointments do not insure an item you are interested in will be held for you. It is possible an item can be sold online or in person within the time you make an appointment to the time you arrive to your appointment.
